This week,  recognized ĢƵ high schools as among the best in the nation in the publication’s annual ranking of Best U.S. High Schools. Nearly 18,000 high schools across the country were ranked based on factors including students’ college readiness, state assessment proficiency, as well as the academic progress of historically underserved students, college curriculum availability, and graduation rate. Five ĢƵ high schools placed in the top 5% of high schools nationally. Locally, 4 ĢƵ schools were named among the top 100 high schools in California out of 2,613, and 4 were named among the top 50 high schools in Los Angeles.
